Background
N26, a 100% mobile German bank operating in over 20 European countries, targets young professionals. As part of a cross-functional team of designers, content managers, and copywriters, I played a pivotal role in creating organic social content for N26’s Instagram from May 2023 to May 2024. We focused on highlighting the benefits of being an N26 account holder, along with tips on saving and investing, while delivering fun, engaging, and social-first content that resonated with millennials.
Solution
As the Senior Designer on the N26 account, I took a proactive approach, thoroughly investigating and questioning the briefs to gain a deep understanding of N26’s objectives. I developed concept designs and storyboards that aligned with N26’s vision and our team's goals, ensuring the content would resonate with their target audience. I then led the production process, overseeing static and motion assets, ensuring the final deliverables were not only engaging and on-brand, but also perfectly tailored for a social-first approach.
